I use the sicc case to hold all middle columb items and leave space for docs case for more intel items. Looting labs easily fills the docs case without sicc.

Helicopter loot depends on the server. Official servers will have less loot typically unless its purposely a lower loot/hardcore community server. Otherwise its because someone looted it. You'd usually find more than that, at least you didnt get pot-shotted whilst clearing it !!
